The dealership was generally disorganized and dirty. The person I worked with was Jim Mullins. Luckily I the credit Union I belong to, Baxter CU, has a car purchasing program which listed Fisher Kia as a member dealership. After inquiring about a new vehicle, Jeff Katz, contacted me via e-mail to let me know he had a full variety of Kias and was looking forward to working with me. He also called and left me a message. I let him know that I would out to the dealership on Saturday, but did not set an appointment. The dealership was easy to find and very clean, despite the construction occurring on the Arapahoe Rd. I was greeted within seconds and introduced to Jeff. We sat down and discussed what I was looking for. He did some research and took me out the lot to look at what we had identified. The last vehicle he showed me was the Rio I purchased. Jeff listened to what I was looking for and got me what I really needed. We did not spend a lot of time negotiating… I explained exactly what I was will to pay, and Jeff Katz and Jeff Fisher made it happen… I was approved within a short time and on the road shortly after. I can depend on Jill Baldwin at Fisher Kia for service on our Hyundai Elantra. Eventhough Fisher is a Honda and Kia dealer, they do a great job with service on all makes of cars.
