I just purchased a pre-owned 2011 Kia Soul from Doc O'Connor, which is the 3rd vehicle which I've purchased from Doc over the past 10 years. My first 2 purchases with Doc were as a single young woman O'Connor, which is the 3rd vehicle which I've purchased from Doc over the past 10 years. My first 2 purchases with Doc were as a single young woman and I've had past experiences of having walked away from buying a car with that sinking feeling in my gut that I'd just gotten hosed. I never had that experience with Doc; he always treated me fairly, respectfully, and was never pushy. I always felt that my purchases were fairly priced, which negates having to haggle. When my second car from Doc was totalled in an accident, there was never a question of where my husband and I would go to purchase our replacement vehicle. We purchased our used Kia (40K miles) in mint condition and below the Kelly Blue Book Value (no haggling required.) My husband bought his 1994 civic new and plans on driving it a few more years but when it comes time to get another car, we'll be going back to Doc. I recommend this dealership in general and Doc O'Connor in particular. This dealership seems to understand that while it's great to make one sale, it's forming relationships and getting repeat business that's the key to success. Everyone here is frofessional and knowledgeable. I can't recommend this dealership enough! Be sure and ask for Doc when you go. More

The dealership was generally disorganized and dirty. The person I worked with was Jim Mullins. Luckily I the credit Union I belong to, Baxter CU, has a car purchasing program which listed Fisher Kia as a member dealership. After inquiring about a new vehicle, Jeff Katz, contacted me via e-mail to let me know he had a full variety of Kias and was looking forward to working with me. He also called and left me a message. I let him know that I would out to the dealership on Saturday, but did not set an appointment. The dealership was easy to find and very clean, despite the construction occurring on the Arapahoe Rd. I was greeted within seconds and introduced to Jeff. We sat down and discussed what I was looking for. He did some research and took me out the lot to look at what we had identified. The last vehicle he showed me was the Rio I purchased. Jeff listened to what I was looking for and got me what I really needed. We did not spend a lot of time negotiating… I explained exactly what I was will to pay, and Jeff Katz and Jeff Fisher made it happen… I was approved within a short time and on the road shortly after.
