Although we were buying a used vehicle, they treated us like we were purchasing a fleet of their top automobiles. My wife, daughter and I were extremely impressed with the entire process. The one owner 2001 vehicle was immaculate as advertised and could have passed for a new car. It had been beautifully detailed both externally and internally and had installed four new all weather Michelin tires. Justin provided a free carfax report and a detailed list of the $665 worth of repairs that Fisher Honda had made to bring the vehicle up to their high standards. In addition, they provided our daughter with a free oil change and is investigating the possibility of aquiring a lower insurance with the same benefits for her. Tom always helps me out when I have my car serviced. My Honda America extended warranty has covered some unexpected repairs. And I used to never take my car for oil changes at Honda dealers cause I thought it was more expensive. I was wrong. When I first shipped my car from Hawaii the little remaining washer fluid would freeze on the windshield, Fisher flushed it out and replaced it free of charge. They never think I am crazy when I make sound effects and weird diagnoses of what I think is going on or when I buy tires from Discount Tire and want to put the newer 2 on the front, to have them wear more evenly. A+ SERVICE!! Very helpful that Mike can drop my off and pick me up. Really a nice, good, trustworthy person. More
