I just bought my 7th Honda from Dennis Olmsted at Fisher Honda. We always deal with Dennis and he is always professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. My husband got connected with DJ via text and were immediately discussing details of buying, and it was the most s experience you could ever ask for! DJ was very timely with his responses with my husband via text despite him also handling customers at the store. He and my husband were able to negotiate terms through TEXT which is so unheard of, but DJ was a man of his word and made it known that he wanted to help us. We went into the dealership that afternoon and immediately we were greeted with so much kindness and enthusiasm for what he does. He really made the car buying experience so easy and effortless, and went above and beyond to address any of our questions or concerns we had along the process. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, specifically DJ! You will not find anyone like him at any other dealership that will be engaged and committed to helping you as much as him. It was a plus that his demeanor is super chill and so personable. We are so thankful that we bought our car through him and will for sure recommend his services to our friends and family! More

I had the Best experience with Fisher Honda. I walked in asked for help and Ty Freese volunteered and it was the smoothest, easiest time I have had buying a car. I took it for a test drive and asked if I could drive across town to show my mother who is 82, and we were just in a car accident after Christmas when someone ran a red light on Arapahoe and we are still shaken up. Anyway he didn't mind, and we had the deal done in about an hour and half. I went and got a check and Neil also helped me. They have a customer for life. Thank you , Ty and Neil -oh I also had my dog Buddy with me the whole time, they got hime some water. We were really taken care of. Can't say enough good things about the staff. Thank you!! More

I recently came to Fisher to purchase a used car, and I was a bit nervous as this was my first car purchase. I had found a specific car online I was interested in, and when I came in for my appointment at was a bit nervous as this was my first car purchase. I had found a specific car online I was interested in, and when I came in for my appointment at 9, DJ welcomed me in and had the car already running and warmed up! He set great expectations every step of the way, and was honest and clear with me. While we spent some time waiting he was great to chat with and so friendly! His customer service skills are phenomenal, and it’s so wonderful to meet a salesman who cares about their customer. I would highly recommend anyone to see DJ for their next purchase. When we went to meet Ron, he was quite friendly at first, until I told him I was not interested in purchasing a service contract. He pressured me about why I would not purchase one, as if I was stupid for not doing so. I found it extremely unprofessional and inappropriate for him to try pressure me into it, and then shame me for declining. I am a salesman as well, and it was very disappointing that he felt that he needs to sacrifice integrity and customer experience in order to try to make a sale on the service contract. A no is a no, and shaming your customers just makes them feel like a dollar sign. I certainly felt that way to Ron. Overall, I had a good experience and DJ was amazing! But be weary of Ron. More

DJ was incredible to work with throughout the entire car buying process. We met with him on a drop in and were so impressed with him that we made it a point to try to find an RDX in our budget at Fisher so buying process. We set up an appointment to look at a specific car on Saturday. DJs communication and responsiveness was excellent. That Saturday came around, and when we got to the dealership, we discovered that another salesperson (Franklin?) had snaked our appointment and called in some clients to test drive and buy that specific RDX out from under us. Despite the obvious annoyance, DJ was quick on his feet and found us another RDX within our budget. His flexibility and ability to think on his feet saved the day. DJ went above and beyond to get us the best deal he could in the wake of what we went through, and while the rest of the people we dealt with weren't incredibly accommodating (the used car sales manager wasn't really nice or helpful, to be frank), we felt that DJ truly had our best interests at heart. 5 stars for DJ, realistically 3 or 4 for that other salesperson for snaking us and for the sales manager for how he treated us as well. Can't recommend DJ enough. More
