I enjoyed working with Doc. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. I also looked at cars at Fisher three years ago, and Doc helped me. I didn't buy a car then, but had a good experience. I also met with someone who talked to me about insurance. He asked me three times about switching my insurance to Allstate, even though I very firly told him the first time that I was not interested. I found this interaction uncomfortable and unpleasant. However, it was fortunately brief and does not affect my overall opinion of Fisher. More
I walked in looking for a used car but was swept off my feet by the new Kia Forte. I love my new car and was so pleased by the service. Doc was great. My vehicle broke down on the way to the dealership from Colorado Springs. Doc set the vehicle aside for me till I arrived. He was very professional and friendly. Jeff Tomko was nice enough to take the time out of his day to give me a diminished value estimate on my Corvette after it was rear-ended. We came to agreement swiftly on what I believe was a fair price for the car. When I went back to pick it up, I met with Adam in finance who answered all of my questions and customized an extended warranty package to meet my needs. We just bought a new Kia Sorento from Fisher Kia and were are pleased with the car and the experience from start to finish. Nathan Lile was the primary salesperson that we dealt with and he was very helpful are pleased with the car and the experience from start to finish. Nathan Lile was the primary salesperson that we dealt with and he was very helpful, without being pushy, in helping us decide on the Sorento and then finding the perfect car with the color and options that we wanted. Both my husband and I appreciated the ease of the negotiating process. Paul Frink came in at the end and made the deal happen. Everyone at Fisher Kia with whom we dealt was very friendly and professional. My kids also liked the free, freshly made popcorn that they always have in the showroom. More
Linda is a relief and true joy to work with during the auto body repair process which is stressful in most cases. She is friendly, matter of fact, quick, efficient, and truly cares for each of us and our auto body repair process which is stressful in most cases. She takes care of everything from car rental to personally making sure that the car is spotless when returned. I can rely on her to tell me exactly when the car will be ready and to call me if there is any change of plans. First of all I have tried repeatedly to purchase a car here and am unable to do so. I have excellent credit and have owned my home in Boulder for over 20 years and have owned Hondas for as many. This la here and am unable to do so. I have excellent credit and have owned my home in Boulder for over 20 years and have owned Hondas for as many. This last time I was going to by a CR-V and wanted to support the local Honda dealership. I believed they had the car I wanted but it turned out that the car was already reserved. I understood this. However, the salesman insisted I give them $1000 down merely to do a "search". I spoke to at least 3 other dealers and not one asked for this merely to do a search. One dealer had the car coming in and I paid $500 to reserve this car and was given the VIN number. I found Fisher to be insulting as my credit is A+ and I have purchased 2 of my last 3 Hondas in cash and my last one through an excellent loan I received and yet Fisher Honda manages to find a way to insult me even though I have been in the business world for many years. Despite this, I decided I would have my CR-V serviced at Fisher. I decide to have the body side moldings installed through the dealer even though I knew it would be more costly. Big mistake on my part as they had me bring the car in at 9:00 AM and I did agree to leave it there until 4:00 but I believed it was because this would be a better way to do the install. By 2:00, I called and my car had not been touched. Clearly not a priority even though the cost to me would be greater than an oil changed. I had made it clear that I intended on giving them all of my service business and had in fact been bringing my Accord in to them and had all belts replaced at great expense. That car now belongs to someone in my family and neither one of us will be bringing our cars in again. It was clear to me today that Fisher Honda does not care or want my business and yet I am the kind of person to be loyal to anyone I do business with. I believe the individuals involved were polite enough but I was clearly at the bottom of the list. This should have been made clear to me as I believe if I hadn't called the work wouldn't have been done a t all. I am not angry but baffled as over the years other dealers are happy to have good, repeat customers with good credit. I do not demand preferential treatment or complain about prices. I wanted those side moldings but it didn't matter. I have never made an given an review before. More
