To my surprise, I found just the car I thought I wanted. Phil immediatley replied with emails and phone calls to understand the wants and needs of his customer . We made an appointment to do a test drive. He asked Cameron to assist me and we drove five different models to be sure I was getting just the right used car . I actually enjoyed the test drives, because Cameron did not patronize this senior citizen, but acknowledged that I was a capable knowledgeable person who was ready to buy a car. Phil gives his customer his undivided attention and and carefully walks you thru the whole "one stop" shopping at this dealership. Everyone gave excellent information and customer service. Phil listens and gets to know you and your needs. It was the easiest and best experience I ever had buying a car.
