My wife and I recently bought a new 2013 CRV from Fisher Honda. We had a great experience buying our first brand new car. The salesman who worked with us was Phil Robinson. He was able to answer all of our questions honestly, and was definitely not a high pressure salesman. We were able to get a fair price on our trade-in and a very reasonable no hassle Costco membership price on the new CRV. I feel like the people who have complained about their experience at this dealer must have had a different salesman. Overall we had a great experience at Fisher Honda and with Phil Robinson in particular. More
I purchased a Used certified Honda Civic LX from Doc in 2011 for my older daughter. Doc was incredibly easy to work with, accommodating, no-hassle, no pressure and fair. The experience was so positive that when I was ready to purchase a car for my younger daughter I did my homework, sent Doc an email inquiring about the car of interest, arranged to meet and look at another Honda Civic. This time I had just had ankle surgery and my mobility was extremely limited. Doc was again very helpful and accommodating. My daughter and I looked at the car of interest, Doc and I negotiated quickly and reached an agreeable price. I filled out the minimal paperwork and arranged to return at a later time. When I returned all the paperwork was ready, I signed what I needed to and quickly closed on the deal. New "used" car, happy daughter and back home to ice and elevate my ankle again. I will definitely call Doc again next time I am looking for a car! More

My most recent contact with Fisher Honda is when Jacob Elkin called to ask how satisfied I am with my Honda Fit and the service I get at Fisher. Jacob was friendly and professional as he asked several questions about my Honda Fit. I told Jacob that I'm very pleased with the car but sorry Honda does not offer the Fit in a hybrid. I know they market it in Europe since I recently saw one in Switzerland (under the name Honda Jazz). When Jacob asked me for any suggestions I might have, I told him I would like to see the Fit come equipped with a rearview mirror that contains an outdoor thermometer/compass, I also would like to see the Fit as a hybrid, as I saw in Switzerland (Honda Jazz). One other improvement I'd like to see on the Fit is rear disc brakes (as appears on the Jazz). Overall, I found Jacob to be patient and a good listener, interested in what I had to say. More
