My most recent contact with Fisher Honda is when Jacob Elkin called to ask how satisfied I am with my Honda Fit and the service I get at Fisher. Jacob was friendly and professional as he asked several questions about my Honda Fit. I told Jacob that I'm very pleased with the car but sorry Honda does not offer the Fit in a hybrid. I know they market it in Europe since I recently saw one in Switzerland (under the name Honda Jazz). When Jacob asked me for any suggestions I might have, I told him I would like to see the Fit come equipped with a rearview mirror that contains an outdoor thermometer/compass, I also would like to see the Fit as a hybrid, as I saw in Switzerland (Honda Jazz). One other improvement I'd like to see on the Fit is rear disc brakes (as appears on the Jazz). Overall, I found Jacob to be patient and a good listener, interested in what I had to say. More

I was introduced to the Fisher dealership by Ryan Armstrong who gave me a warm welcome and allowed me to test drive an '06 Honda I had been looking at. After deciding to buy it I told Ryan I would be in the following day to sign on. Since it was his day off he said Dennis Olmsted would take care of me. Being a salesman in my career I told him I could delay my meeting with him until he was available but he insisted that I come in on my schedule and that his compensation between him and Dennis would be worked out. I was most impressed with their attitude toward the 'customer first.' Dennis was equally as warm and quite knowledgable about the '06 and explained in detail many important items about the car - especially about the safety features. He was very attentive to my wife's inquires and opened the manual to give more information. He is first class in my estimation - also very personable and spoke about family and his three boys. Owner Craig Fisher stopped by for greetings which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall the entire transaction was fair, open, and relaxed without hype or controversy. Mack took good care of me. He made sure I was aware of how long the wait was expected to last. My car was finished sooner than expected by about 45 minutes.
