The driver's side door switch as well as the lumbar support were not working correctly. The technician's at Fisher Honda correctly diagnosed the problem and proposed a plan to fix both. After speaking with Tom Ainsworth about the plan, he offered to contact Honda concerning the quality of the components. He was a strong advocate for us with Honda. The door switch and the lumbar support were fixed within the proposed time with Tom keeping us informed throughout the process. My experience in getting my car serviced at Fisher Honda is consistently pleasant, professional and prompt. My experience at Fisher Honda today was the worst so far in my life. I was there to purchase a used Mercedes. I have bought many German cars from other dealerships as a walk in customer and was taking care in my life. I was there to purchase a used Mercedes. I have bought many German cars from other dealerships as a walk in customer and was taking care of and left with a car ( VW Emich and Audi McDonalds).Today at Fisher Honda I was left to wait for a sales person for over half an hour even though I had an appointment. Bill was very unfriendly and didn't know much about the car. When I spoke to him over the phone he assured me the car is in perfect condition and it is not. The car has lots of cosmetic blemishes even though they are asking premium price for it. When I tried to make an offer on the car I was told " price is the price" without even knowing what my offer was. Because of the way I was treated I would never go to a Honda dealership again. More
My experience at Fisher was great. Mack was super helpful and was right on with estimated times and such. Mack made sure that my mirror got fixed and did it with no extra charge. We have now purchased three new cars from Fisher Kia, with Paul Frink as our salesperson. After the first experience, we called him to see if he could help us with another vehicle less than a month late with Paul Frink as our salesperson. After the first experience, we called him to see if he could help us with another vehicle less than a month later. Three years later, we called him again and he came through with exactly what we were looking for. Paul is friendly and thorough and treated us with respect. Dealing with Fisher Kia is like dealing with family. It is really easy to do business with this dealership and Paul Frink. More

Let me say first that both of these Service Advisors are excellent in all respects. I have been coming to Fisher Honda for 17 years since 1996 when my grandfather gave me his little Honda CRX. I drove it for 9 years and loved it. In 2005 I bought the CRV which has been wonderful to drive as well with very little maintenance. I have never regretted buying Honda because the cars are well engineered, a pleasure to drive and have low maintenance. I have always been treated well at Fisher Honda and feel very comfortable recommending this dealership. I have been working with Tom Ainsworth for years and he is the most professional Service Advisor I have ever worked with. He is courteous, efficient, kind hearted and has a terrific sense of humor...he is wonderful to work with! I know he has worked for Fisher Honda for years and frankly, I think you are very lucky to have him! Please keep him around, and Harry Snyder too! I would suggest you make sure Tom Ainsworth and Harry Synder are well compensated and treat them well as they are the backbone of your corps of Service Advisors! Have been dealing with Fisher Automotive for 28 years and find the service, salesmanship and professionalism outstanding. Recently had an accident with a deer which basically destroyed the entire front end o find the service, salesmanship and professionalism outstanding. Recently had an accident with a deer which basically destroyed the entire front end of our Honda CRV. Had the vehicle towed back from Gillette, Wyoming to Boulder, Colorado as I knew Fisher Auto would do the best work possible. Had to pay $1800 out of pocket expenses, but knew it was well worth the time and money as I trust them to do an excellent job. Worked with Linda Dickerson who did an exemplary job meeting my schedule, costs and finished product. She was extremely professional, courteous and caring with a strong emphasis on getting me the car in the promised time period. She took the vehicle out for a road check and it was determined that I had created "hot spots" on the brake rotors when applying the brakes so abruptly after hitting the deer. This condition may not have been realized until I brought the vehicle home or possibly not at all. Linda went totally out of her way to ensure that all my needs and concerns were met or exceeded. She is a valued asset to the Fisher Body organization and I would not hesitate to use her services again. More
