The service was great, took the Avalanche in for an oil change. It ended up to be a little more due to other issues that needed attention. When she called to get the rental; there were none available, but she didn't stop there. I drove a very nice vehicle for a day and my Avalanche was taken care very well. They team did a great job. The charge seemed to be excessive at the time but what is funny I ended up needing $559.56 on my old 1998 Honda. I will be looking at a new vehicles and Honda has the CRV and Pilot that I like. My experience was very good. All of the people that I worked with were friendly and helpful, especially Doc and Albert. My only criticism is that it takes such a long time to complete the process. I was happy with the price I was given for my car and also the rate of interest that I received. It was nice to work with a salesman that wasn't high pressure, as well as organized and was able to give me the information that I wanted which included an email and charts for me to ponder over. I would go back to this dealer again.......have several free oil and filter changes from them! More

Best experience I've ever had a car dealership! There was no high-pressure sales techniques (unlike my experience at another Honda dealership earlier in the week) and my salesman, Ryan Armstrong, was ama was no high-pressure sales techniques (unlike my experience at another Honda dealership earlier in the week) and my salesman, Ryan Armstrong, was amazing - very knowledgeable and friendly. We got the exact car we wanted at an amazing price. We also got a lower interest rate by financing with Honda than the one I had been pre-approved for at my local credit union. I would recommend Fisher Honda and I would definitely recommend Ryan Armstrong to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More
The driver's side door switch as well as the lumbar support were not working correctly. The technician's at Fisher Honda correctly diagnosed the problem and proposed a plan to fix both. After speaking with Tom Ainsworth about the plan, he offered to contact Honda concerning the quality of the components. He was a strong advocate for us with Honda. The door switch and the lumbar support were fixed within the proposed time with Tom keeping us informed throughout the process. My experience in getting my car serviced at Fisher Honda is consistently pleasant, professional and prompt. Most recently I had needed quick service that fit into my busy schedule and the team was very res is consistently pleasant, professional and prompt. My experience at Fisher Honda today was the worst so far in my life. I was there to purchase a used Mercedes. I have bought many German cars from other dealerships as a walk in customer and was taking care in my life. I was there to purchase a used Mercedes. I have bought many German cars from other dealerships as a walk in customer and was taking care of and left with a car ( VW Emich and Audi McDonalds).Today at Fisher Honda I was left to wait for a sales person for over half an hour even though I had an appointment. Bill was very unfriendly and didn't know much about the car. When I spoke to him over the phone he assured me the car is in perfect condition and it is not. The car has lots of cosmetic blemishes even though they are asking premium price for it. When I tried to make an offer on the car I was told " price is the price" without even knowing what my offer was. Because of the way I was treated I would never go to a Honda dealership again. More
