Decided to wait for the repair since it would not take too long. At the 50 minute mark a service team member told me they were checking the fluids and found the clutch fluid needed replacing. I asked if they could do it quickly and they said yes. At the 1.5hr mark they asked me if I wanted to see the fluid. I said no, I wanted to leave with my car. I was then told the clutch fluid drains slowly and it still had at least 10 minutes to finish draining. I said I needed stuff out of my car and needed a ride to work immediately. At the 2.75hr mark I was called saying the car was ready. There was nothing express about the service and I felt a great deal of my time, which I feel is valuable, was wasted by the service department. If I had been told it would take over an hour from the get go, I would not have lost out on work waiting for the service to be completed. I have typically had good service experiences at Fisher Honda, but I felt they dropped the ball on this one. They should not advertise an express service if they can't complete the work in a timely manner. More

I simply didn't want to go back where i purchased it because i felt like they just wanted to sell a car and get me on my way. My primary sales person was Mitch Davis, who was great, but if I stopped by unannounced whoever was there was happy to help me. Both Mitch and Robert were extremely helpful and pleasant. There were no pressure sales techniques. They helped me find the car that best fit my needs. Jonathon Fisher, the sales manager, seemed to genuinely care about helping me purchase the car I had my heart set on and still stay within my budget. Mitch was very knowledgeable and patient while teaching me about the car I purchased. I would recommend Fisher Kia to anyone who is in the market for a car. I bought a new Kia Sorento and I love it! I bought a new 2010 Honda Insight from Fisher Honda. In 2014 the rear passenger door molding began to separate. I was very pleased that Honda stood behind it's work, and did not pass this repair on to me. I expressed my concern to Jennifer when I made my appointment, and when I brought the car in for the repair Jennifer informed me that Honda would cover the repair at no cost to me. It is acts like this that will keep me coming back to Fisher Honda for service on my vehicle. My concerns were listened to and acted upon. Jennifer created a great customer experience for me. More
Great customer service I started having problems starting my 2011 Honda Pilot about two weeks, randomly you go out to start it and the battery would be dead. I thought I wa I started having problems starting my 2011 Honda Pilot about two weeks, randomly you go out to start it and the battery would be dead. I thought I was leaving lights on, but after the second time I knew nothing was left on. I drove to the dealer (Fisher Honda) and asked if they could check my battery. They found I had a dead cell in the battery and had it replaced, at no charge, and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. The friendly service and no hassle replacement will have me coming back here for any further needs. Thanks guys and gals!! And did I mention I also received a free car wash. More

Lynda, service adviser, told me that they had determined that the brake and power steering fluid was in need of a flush soon, and I jumped on the opportunity to have it done while I was there. This saves me time, and ensures that my vehicle will run at optimum performance and safety. I also like the way that the service adviser gives an overview of the vehicle's condition, which helps me because I am not a car tech, and need someone to explain things to me and take care of it all!
