I I often bring our Kia Sorento for service on a Saturday morning, just showing up without appointment, which turns out to be very convenient for me. I bring something to do along and wait for maintenance to be completed, while sitting in the comfortable lounge. What I really appreciate is the friendly and knowledgeable Fisher KIA staff. Yesterday, I was helped by Mike Rhodas who is a gem exhibiting outstanding customer servicer skills! Thank you for making a necessary chore a pleasant experience. More

Had to wait for help... I walked into the Kia part of the dealership (the Kia and Honda dealerships are connected but have separate entries) no one acknowledged me, I stood around for a few minutes then walked out. Again, I walked around the lot no one helped me, I then walked into the Honda part of the dealership and again stood there (this time I know people saw me as I made eye contact with a few people) and no one helped me. Then I walked out to the lot again looked around and walked back into the Kia area this time I was acknowledged however, despite the giant 'pre-owned sales' sign painted across that portion of the dealership was turned away (the guy said it was an old sign) and I was told to go back over to the Honda area. At this point I am justifiably upset I did however, go to the Honda part of the dealership where I was greeted and spoke to a sales man. My current car is older and I understand that I wasn't going to get much for it (I had purchased this car from them 7 years earlier and my experience was much different), I did have a realistic number in mind as I had done my research and they wouldn't give me even half of what it was worth. I am very upset as I thought customer loyalty would count it obviously didn't plus I recommended this place to people as 7 years ago my experience was so much different. They also have a 'get better than internet pricing' on their website I asked about that and was told that there is no different price its just for leads. Also the salesman talked about himself so much that it got annoying. Also this $499 dealer fee give me a break! More
Fisher Honda especially Harry Snyder I bought my 2002 Honda CRV many years ago. It is getting old and so am I. Having been forced into retirement two years ago, when finding another job I bought my 2002 Honda CRV many years ago. It is getting old and so am I. Having been forced into retirement two years ago, when finding another job was difficult (impossible), I appreciate that Harry is sensitive to my financial circumstances. I have never been taken advantage of as so often happens to women my age. I trust Harry and Fisher Honda and will never take my car anywhere else. More
Easy car buying experience Dennis Olmstead did a great job in providing a pressure free environment for me to choose my next new car. Dennis was reasonable in pricing and able Dennis Olmstead did a great job in providing a pressure free environment for me to choose my next new car. Dennis was reasonable in pricing and able to match another dealer farther from home. Overall it was a great car buying experience, only rivaled by the last time I purchased a CRV from Dennis 11 years ago. Will continue to look at Fisher first for new cars. More
Awful Customer Service I would not recommend that anyone buy a vehicle from Fisher Honda. I recently leased a 2014 Pilot from them. When we first saw the car it had a clear I would not recommend that anyone buy a vehicle from Fisher Honda. I recently leased a 2014 Pilot from them. When we first saw the car it had a clear mask put on the vehicle, for which we were charged $400 for. I later found out that I could've had a third party install an 18" mask for $270 instead of the $400 I was charged for a 12" mask. Shortly after we brought the car home we discovered that the clear mask was peeling up around the mirrors and on the drivers side fender. I returned to Fisher and had the problem areas repaired. I inspected the fixed areas and everything looked good other that a few bubble, which I was told was normal and that they would go away. Two hours after returning home we noticed that the mirrors and the fender would peeling up even more than before. I called the service center and asked for my money back on the clear mask so that I could have it done somewhere else. Since it was a Saturday I was told that I would have to wait until Monday to get an answer. After receiving no call on Monday I called the service center and was told that I wold receive a call from Craig Fisher, the owner. He didn't return my call until Tuesday. He said that he would only refund half of the money, $200. When I told him I wanted a full refund he refused and said "this stuff just doesn't peel off." He stated that many times. When I asked him if he was calling me a liar he said "if that's the way you want to take it." Eventually, I was refunded the full $400. I wish the story stopped there. After receiving my refund I took my car to a local shop that I have used in the past. I again asked him to remove the problem areas. When the installer/owner peeled off the clear mask on the mirrors and fender he noticed that when the original clear mask was installed that they scratched my paint with a razor when cutting out the pattern.I immediately took the car back to Fisher. There I met with Scott Chatten, the general sales manager. Scott down played our concerns and said that the scratches would just buff out, which he agreed to do at no charge. When I asked him what he would do if the scratches didn't come out, he refused to answer the question stating "that's not going to happen." He repeatedly told us us that we were making a big deal about of nothing and that "this is so minor it's not even funny." I took the car back on a Monday to have them buff out the scratches. Scott called me when it was done, and when I asked if everything looked good he said yes. When my wife and I pulled up we immediately started inspecting the car. Scott came outside as we were inspecting the vehicle and we told him that the scratches were still there. he told us that they would not do anything else until they spoke with the owner who is on vacation. He also said that since we took it to another place to repair the clear mask that they aren't sure if it was them who caused the damage. After, we got angry and I'll admit some choice words were used he threatened to call the police. It's people like Scott Chatten that make people distrust car salesmen. Since leaving we discovered two spots on the car that were made worse. It looked like the clear coat had been burned through on one fender and they completely removed paint from my bumper. We have filed a formal complaint with Honda and the Better Business Bureau. More

When a sales rep came and we asked about the Pilot, he told us 30k and before we even could say anything went on about how it was pointless to try to haggle with him/dealer. Surprised, we just kind of shook it off but then he just walked off without saying a word. This to me appeared like he thought he was wasting his time with us. I don't know what people that can afford 30k cars look like or dress like but I guess we didn't quite hit the spot. I am disgusted and will never consider this place again. I am unsure if Fisher Honda is related to Flatirons Acura/Subaru since they seem to share lots, but after being impressed by hospitality at Flatirons the 5 times we've bought from them, this was just a slap in the face. Never again. More
