I I regularly take my 2011 Odyssey in for maintenance to Fisher, but my old 2001 Odyssey is now my wifes, and it has had some bulb issues in the dash. I called Harry Snyder at Fisher, and he was extremely helpful. He ordered the necessary bulb replacements and scheduled my service appt. The work was performed to our satisfaction, and now my wife says that she would like to keep taking her Odyssey to Fisher for maintenance. Harry is an absolute master at getting things accomplished and is a real people person. I have never seen him or any of the staff at Fisher be anything other than very friendly and caring for their customers. Only wish more companies were this caring for their customers. More

Service Center Overcharges My wife took in my Kia Sorrento to fix the driver's side electric seat adjustment. She was talked into an oil change, and it was time to get one done My wife took in my Kia Sorrento to fix the driver's side electric seat adjustment. She was talked into an oil change, and it was time to get one done, in addition to the repair we requested. On my account, they had noted last time, that I was to receive the next oil change at no cost. We were charged for the oil change. In addition, the car is under warranty. Before the vehicle was inspected the dealer said the warranty was void, if food or debris was discovered. To me, this hinted of a set up to charge us. We have three children 7 and under, and most likely food or trash was uncovered under the seat. However, we had the car detailed and seats in working condition before the seat broke, and someone else borrowed the car. When I went to move the seat back, car still freshly cleaned, the seat stopped working. When I explored under the seat to see if a wire was loose, there was no debris. We were charged a $100 dollar fee and charged for an oil change. This would not be a problem, except the last time I took the car in to get repaired they did not honor the warranty for a battery that was less than a year old. I would double check the receipt and your warranty with two errors in two experiences, I am thinking it is a trend. More

I think I got the best deal available Phil Robinson and I had about a 3 week car buying relationship on line. We went back and forth with our prices and what extras I could get on a new Phil Robinson and I had about a 3 week car buying relationship on line. We went back and forth with our prices and what extras I could get on a new Civic EX. I also was online with 2 other dealerships seeing which one would give me the best price. The only one that would work totally with me was the one at Fisher. So I set up an appointment with Phil to see what he actually looked like and see if he was a guy I could almost trust. I have bought a few cars in my time and know how to haggle and get a good price for a car. Phil was very calm and non pressure. I also brought in an E-mail from another dealer with a slightly lower price. He stated that the price he quoted me was as low as he could go and that I should go to the other dealer and see if that was their real price. It is rare that a salesman would first let you walk out the door and second tell you to go to another dealership. So at this point I knew that I had gotten the best price with all the extra option that I could. Phil is as trustworthy as a salesman can get and he also knows his Hondas. I would haggle with Phil if I ever was to buy another one. More

I asked her if she could expedite the experience for me and she had me back on the road in less than two and a half hours. Plus, when I left with my beautiful new Civic, I knew exactly how much I'd paid for it, why I'd paid it, and was happy about it! (That has NEVER happened to me before.) Lindsay's help was clear, knowledgeable, and completely respectful--and she and everyone at Fisher were efficient, pleasant, and relaxed. I give Lindsay and Fisher my absolute highest recommendation. And, well, my Civic speaks for itself. Thanks, Honda! More
