He told us of Honda incentives, showed us the featured of the 2016 a Fit and let us take a test drive. He gave me an excellent deal on trade-in. He efficiently took us through paperwork and helped me get an excellent monthly payment. He installed some extra features I ordered and got other features ordered with parts. Harry has been wonderful to work with over the last 2 years, he's efficient, friendly and explains things to me in a way where I don't need to speak-car to understand what needs to be fixed. He and his techs are always done when they say they're going to be, I schedule a Fisher shuttle pickup and I can be dropped off, paid and driving away from the dealership within 5-10 minutes. More

The paperwork was smooth and all my questions answered graciously. I was given a user-friendly chart indicating when I would need to come back in. Then I waited in a very comfortable room with a play area for children and had a nice chat with a manager who walked by. When my Honda CRV was ready, I was escorted to my car where a very helpful employee set up my new iPhone on Blue Tooth (something I could never have figured out). He said other clients need assistance with that as well. The experience was so pleasant, I would definitely return. More
