Dennis Olmsted, my salesman, was very knowledgeable about the Honda products and listened to my needs and desires to make sure I was getting exactly what was important to me in a vehicle while also taking into consideration my financial concerns. He was very attentive and helpful as were all of the people at this dealership. They made me feel like they truly cared about my experience and were very professional and accommodating. We had the good fortune to work again with Senior Sales Representative Dennis Olmsted this May when we traded in our vehicle for a 2016 CR-V. Dennis listened to our needs carefully, explained new features in detail, presented Honda’s offer clearly, and led us through the purchasing process seamlessly. Best of all, though, was our hands-on instruction, with Dennis sitting in the back seat guiding us through all the cool bells and whistles. We look forward to coming to Fisher Honda, as we have for the past nine years, and to receiving the first-rate service we have come to expect. More

I would recommend this organization for anyone who is uncomfortable with high pressure sales situations. Eric McGlone did an excellent job and I now have a sales person I feel I can go to for help when considering buying again. I also havd a chance to go to the service department for a scheduled service and to get an accessory installed and was treated great each and every time. I can rely on Mack Gralund to provide explanation of the needed repairs and get them completed quickly. The technicians were able to finish most of the repairs the same day, and ordered the front struts for a follow up visit a few days later. Our Elantra is running great. I'll be going back to FIsher. More
