Great Experience My wife and I had been shopping for a new vehicle for 3 weeks looking for the best deal. We went to Fisher Honda to take a test drive. Our salesman was Doc and I was shocked when he said "Take it for a drive, go to lunch, see how you like it and we'll see you in a while". Fisher was the first dealer out of at least 10 that let us take the car by ourselves. When we got back there was no pressure and no haggling, which felt kind of weird. The car was already at a price we were willing to pay but I thought I could negotiate a better price like I was used to doing at most other dealers. I could not get them any lower and I appreciated not having to play the game. Best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I will definitely buy my next car from Fisher in Boulder. More

This time I turned in my Honda Civic, which was leased, for a 2016 Honda CR-V. Dennis Olmsted did a great job of steering me through the decision making process, paperwork, and got me a great price. He has helped me for the last 4 or 5 cars I've leased and has always done a terrific job. He's very professional, knows his stuff, and is low key and helpful. No high pressure techniques at Fisher Honda. It was a great experience, which is why I always go back to Fisher. More

Oil change and back hatch repair on Hyundai Elantra I take my Hyundai Elantra to Fisher Kia/all makes service. This service was for an oil change and to replace the back hatch support strut pistons. The back hatch was not staying open, so Chad and the service technician replaced the pistons. The back hatch is now easy to open and stays up. It is very convenient for me to leave my car at Fisher for service and pick it up later. They keep me informed about repairs through the day and when the car is ready. More

Superior selection & price. Easily worth the trip to Boulder Based on experiences from more than 20 years ago, we always assumed prices in Boulder for popular brands like Honda would be higher. We couldn't have been more wrong, We signed up for the Costco Auto Program (which only works with dealerships that meet its fairly rigorous standards for customer buying experience) to find a 2016 CR-V LX and quickly got a bid from Fisher that was better than we expected. Calls and visits to other Honda dealerships resulted in the same reply: "We can't beat that." We couldn't make it down to Fisher for about a month, but when we did salesman Mat Jones confirmed that the price quoted was still good. It was so low that we upgraded from the LX to the SE (not the kind of thing we normally do), and in five minutes he was taking us out to look at the one we had selected. On the way out, we saw WAY more CR-Vs and color options than other dealers had. We changed our minds at least twice. We kept asking Mat, "Could we get that one for the same price?" and he'd say, "I'm sure you can." While waiting for the car to be washed, owner Craig Fisher came over and introduced himself and Mat later introduced his sister, Lynn. Both were very relaxed and friendly, like everyone else at the dealership. He stayed a chatted for 15 minutes. Mat said Craig spends a lot of time at all the dealership's departments, and all the employees know the "Fisher Family Fundamentals," which are expectations for customer service. More
