Due to a paperwork "snafu", I thought my car (which was brought-in for service) went missing. The car was eventually located, and the paperwork was updated. Recently purchased a used car from Fisher Honda/Acura and requested a warranty with the car as we didn't want to take the time to have the car completely checked out. We were told that the warranty they wer requested a warranty with the car as we didn't want to take the time to have the car completely checked out. We were told that the warranty they were selling us would cover "everything" including the horn that we knew didn't work. Turns out the car needed $2k worth of work and Fisher sold us a "Powertrain only" warranty for $2500 and nothing is covered. I have emailed once and called twice giving them my return phone number - they decided to call MY HUSBAND instead. Still waiting on a return call....Not a great way to treat a customer that has been buying cars here since the 1990's... More
