I talked to a salesman who said a specific vehicle was in stock. I was curious about how financing would work and what I could expect monthly if I purchased the vehicle. I never got numbers. I contacted the GSM Scott Chatten, who had told me the vehicle sold that day and it was no longer available. A few hours later, I wanted to check if the car had actually sold because I thought it was odd. I didn't know if the car had sold or if the general sales manager did not want to work with me. I used a different name and asked if the vehicle was available for sale and the second salesman said it was ready for sale and I could make an appointment at my convenience. I will not buy any new or used cars from Fisher Autos. I was very disappointed that the general sales manager lied to me and wouldn't work with me on buying a vehicle. More
RIPPED OFF. Beware when trading in your vehicle with this dealer. Trade.in value provided $5000 then a few days pass and selling for $11,000.on their lot. Is this a fair, honest deal? Scott the general sales manager is ridiculous. Would not ever buy from here after this experience. I was ready to buy a car today in cash. When I test drove the car the passenger side window made a horrible ever buy from here after this experience. I was ready to buy a car today in cash. When I test drove the car the passenger side window made a horrible popping screeching noise and Scott refused to even have a mechanic look at it and tell us what’s wrong with it even given they car had a crash reported on that side. After this he would not negotiate even though the car had clear mechanical issues. Never seen such poor salesmanship. Save yourself the money and headache and go to auto savvy at least they fix their cars after they’ve been in a wreck. More

I was and am very happy with my experience at Fisher Honda. I contacted the dealership a while ago and was then looking for a used Honda HR-V or CR-V to replace my Volvo. Franklin English hung in there Honda. I contacted the dealership a while ago and was then looking for a used Honda HR-V or CR-V to replace my Volvo. Franklin English hung in there with me and when I changed my mind wanting a new CR-V he was right on it. He was not at all pushy but was trafficking in just the facts. We got the deal done and I am so happy with my new vehicle. I have owned several Hondas in my life and I keep coming back to Honda. Franklin and Ron Samoray were very good and helpful. Fisher is my new favorite dealership. More
Purchased a new Fisher Honda 2016 HRV 1.8 which died after 32,105 miles. Called to tow car in for repair in end of July 2021. Fisher Service refused to even accept the car for Service for over 2 weeks after 32,105 miles. Called to tow car in for repair in end of July 2021. Fisher Service refused to even accept the car for Service for over 2 weeks out, so had to tow it elsewhere. The problem was a failed ECM/PCM Control Module (the main computer). After exhaustive electrical diagnosis the repair shop had to order a new Honda replacement module at a cost of $710.97. In hopes that American Honda would stand behind their vehicle, we filed a Honda Claim (Case#12409458) on August 3 to recover at least the cost of the failed part. Finally, after repeated attempts I was able to talk to the assigned Honda claim rep on 10/15 who (10 weeks later) had not even looked at the claim yet. A week later we got a call denying the entire claim. Honda failed to stand up for the quality of their product. I will never buy a Honda vehicle again. Note: I never was able to bring the car in so I put 1 star next to Jason Norman, but don't know who answered my initial call. Genevieve Baer 720-234-8431 More
