I came to Fisher Honda looking to compare Civics to Integras. DJ helped me compare the two and decide on the Civic. Unfortunately, due to high demand, I was unable to find the right car at Fisher Honda Integras. DJ helped me compare the two and decide on the Civic. Unfortunately, due to high demand, I was unable to find the right car at Fisher Honda (not for DJs lack of effort). However DJ was a great salesman, he was helpful, knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. If you're looking to buy a car in the Boulder area, come see DJ! More

I recently purchased my Acura Integra 2023 here with a trade in and the process went very smooth with the help of DJ Hanson. I couldn't recommend him enough. This was my first car purchase ever, so I was trade in and the process went very smooth with the help of DJ Hanson. I couldn't recommend him enough. This was my first car purchase ever, so I was a little bit hesitant about the process but he made it extremely easy and kept me updated on stock and pricing for 2 weeks while I finalized my decision. Pricing was transparent and broken down into a price sheet for me, so I knew what I was paying for. When I bought my car, the process of the trade in went smoothly and quickly. I was out with my new car in under 2 hours. I am very pleased with my purchase and the kind service offered here. If you go here, ask for DJ Hanson. More
Best car buying experience we have ever had. We had narrowed our purchase decision down to 2 cars (Acura or Lexus). We had other choices of Acura Dealerships, but we went with Fisher. This was p We had narrowed our purchase decision down to 2 cars (Acura or Lexus). We had other choices of Acura Dealerships, but we went with Fisher. This was purely because of DJ. By choice, we visited the dealership 3 times and on the 3rd visit, purchased our vehicle. For reference, I would like to consider my wife and I informed buyers. We do our research prior to going to any dealership with regard to pricing, trade-in, vehicle information, etc from KBB, Truecar, autoblogs, IIHS, etc. Knowing all this information, we came into Fisher Acura in search for a new vehicle. DJ was just there to help us. He didn't push us into anything, he was just honest and helpful. He treated us as people, and not as the next sale. We gave DJ our contact information and he sent just one very nice message thanking us for coming in and to reach out if we had any questions on the car. That was it. After we left, we had an idea of the Acura MDX and went to Lexus to see their Lexus RX. (For reference, both cars are great). A few days later, we reached out to DJ and asked if we could stop by to see 2 different color combinations. I told him we wouldn't be able to come in until around 6:45pm (15 minutes before they close). He said absolutely. As we pulled up, he had just parked the 2 vehicles right up front and was there ready to show us both. It was a cold evening, and he had warmed up the cars for us, which was really thoughtful. Again, he didn't push us. He said I hope this was helpful. He provided his opinion of which he liked better, but that was it. We left and he wished us a safe drive home. A few days later, (he still didn't pepper us with messages or phone calls) we reached out to him and said we would be coming in. When we got to the dealership, he came right out to greet us. He politely said that he is also working with another customer, but would be right out. He got the used car manager to look at our trade while he was finishing up. He then pulled up the vehicle we would ultimately buy. I had a couple questions/concerns. It's always uncomfortable negotiating, but he spoke up on my behalf and said "don't be afraid to say what you want to say. You are spending a lot of money so it has to be what you want to buy." After a few back and forth with the manager at Fisher, we came to a deal. As you all know, there is a lot of paperwork. DJ stayed almost 2 hours past closing to make sure we were well taken care of. (side note, the Finance manager Ron was also very nice and pleasant to work with). Long story short, DJ is the reason we are in an Acura today. If not for him, the deal would not have been done. More

But Fisher's quote was actually more reasonable and Josh gave much better service by answering calls promptly, providing a timely quote and appointment times, as well as a loaner car. All things the other dealer didn't do. Thank you Josh, the others could take a lesson from you in great customer service. More

I retu I also needed to exchange my summer tires to my snow tires I have in the trunk, costing me $175, total wait time two hours, sounds good to me. I return two hours later to find out there's a stuck lug nut on one of my snow tires, says the dealership. They show me the stuck lug nut and inform me it will cost me an additional $320. Now to replace to lug nut it costs the dealership $15 and they had it all done in around fifteen minutes. I also recall one of the kind service guys whom showed me the stuck lug nut, for some reason, he could not stop laughing at my predicament when I meet them out back. In addition they did not seem to care about how I felt and they did not walk me to my vehicle when all was said and done. I am very upset with how much was charged. $300 for a 15 minute job: stuck lug nut. I would like to be reimbursed the $250 and only be charged $50 for the extra labor done on my Acura. To me $50 seems a lot more reasonable than $300. All and all it was around $500 for an oil change and tire exchange. Does this seem acceptable? Thank you for reading my feedback. The website and sales person (Michael) I was dealing with said they were open until 6:30. He told me to bring my license and insurance card for a test drive. I got to Fisher at 6:02. I opened the door, and was promptly greeted with "We're closed" from 2 people. I told them I had arranged for a test drive (I do have the text message saved). They told me Michael had left awhile ago. I told them he had informed me via text and that I could go inside for help. Again, "COME BACK TOMORROW. WE'RE CLOSED." I told them my circumstances and I had arrange an appointment for 6. I was very interested in a particular car and was prepared to buy but I guess they didn't want my money. I drove out of my way, with an appointment, to get treated like this?? Fisher didn't care about wasting my time nor my family's time. Fisher didn't care about the extra effort I took to get there to purchase a vehicle. Terrible experience. I should have known better after being blown off twice from the first salesperson (and called by the wrong name too). Good luck if you go to Fisher. FYI This is the first review I have written. More

But while we were there, we decided to check out the 2022 MDX. Nate Russell was so helpful. He showed us the 2022 MDX, explained all the fancy new tech features, answered my weird questions comparing to the 2012 version. After I test drove it, I LOVED the car. We went to lunch and decided that yes, we wanted the new 2022 MDX (amazingly there were 2 on the lot and I was able to get the color scheme I wanted). Nate was so helpful to get us through all the paperwork and explaining the options (need that hitch and those rails). Everyone there was so helpful really. After the purchase Nate followed up. The sales manager and parts manager and even the owner followed up. (and they still do - just to make sure I love my MDX and how to make the experience better). I have never had such a great car buying experience and actually feel like a valued customer. Definitely buy from Nate and Fisher Acura!! More
