DJ was very timely with his responses with my husband via text despite him also handling customers at the store. He and my husband were able to negotiate terms through TEXT which is so unheard of, but DJ was a man of his word and made it known that he wanted to help us. We went into the dealership that afternoon and immediately we were greeted with so much kindness and enthusiasm for what he does. He really made the car buying experience so easy and effortless, and went above and beyond to address any of our questions or concerns we had along the process. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, specifically DJ! You will not find anyone like him at any other dealership that will be engaged and committed to helping you as much as him. It was a plus that his demeanor is super chill and so personable. We are so thankful that we bought our car through him and will for sure recommend his services to our friends and family! More
DJ was incredible to work with throughout the entire car buying process. We set up an appointment to look at a specific car on Saturday. DJs communication and responsiveness was excellent. That Saturday came around, and when we got to the dealership, we discovered that another salesperson (Franklin?) had snaked our appointment and called in some clients to test drive and buy that specific RDX out from under us. Despite the obvious annoyance, DJ was quick on his feet and found us another RDX within our budget. His flexibility and ability to think on his feet saved the day. DJ went above and beyond to get us the best deal he could in the wake of what we went through, and while the rest of the people we dealt with weren't incredibly accommodating (the used car sales manager wasn't really nice or helpful, to be frank), we felt that DJ truly had our best interests at heart. 5 stars for DJ, realistically 3 or 4 for that other salesperson for snaking us and for the sales manager for how he treated us as well. Can't recommend DJ enough. More

This week, I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2019 CRV from DJ at Fisher. DJ was kind, not pushy, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best car for my needs. He patiently listened to my preferences and provided thorough answers to all my questions. What impressed me the most was DJ's responsiveness and willingness to accommodate my schedule. After test driving a few cars on a Friday, I continued to communicate with him via text the following Monday to negotiate and finalize the terms. This allowed me to make decisions from the comfort of my home without feeling rushed or pressured. During the trade-in evaluation of my old car, a concerning airbag recall was discovered. Without hesitation, DJ offered me a loaner car for the weekend to ensure my safety, even if I didn't end up purchasing a car from him. The folks at the service center were incredibly kind and made it super easy to get the loaner car in minutes! This level of care and trustworthiness made me feel valued and well taken care of. I am excited to have an upgraded CRV (upgraded from my previous '01 CRV)! I can't wait to take her on adventures to the mountains for skiing and exploring. We had no intention of leasing another MDX, although we love the product, believing we were priced out by the substantial price increase which Accura tacked on after revamping the MDX in 2021. We were met by Michael who showed us we get into a 2024 MDX for less than the Suburu Ascent and the Honda Pilot, and for only marginally more than what we paid for the 2020. We were very pleasantly surprised and quite satisfied with the creative approach used to accomplish this. Michael went the extra mile and made us feel like a valued customer whose business was truly appreciated. More
