I have been doing business at the Fisher Honda Service Center for 7 years now. Women seem to end up paying for parts and labor that may not have been necessary for repairs that they know nothing about. Whenever I have an issue with my Odyssey I always ask for Patrick. Patrick is always personable, professional and knowledgeable. I feel like he listens and really cares about my concerns. He is trustworthy and that is important to me. The cost of repairs is important, but getting the problem resolved is just as important. Patrick left Fisher Honda at one point, and when I had to go in for a problem I was experiencing, I was so disappointed to find out that he was not there. The next time I called to schedule an appointment for service, Patrick answered the phone and I recognized his voice immediately, and I was so happy that he had come back to Fisher Honda!
