I've used the Fischer Honda dealership for the last 10 yrs. My 2003 Honda CR-V was serviced there although purchased at dealership in Ann Arbor. My 2010 CR-V was purchased at Fischer. I have always received friendly and good service there. Only once was there an issue when my transmission fluid was changed. That was taken care of nicely and a small compensation was added. Always a nice touch. Everyone is always friendly and attentive. Waiting is pleasant and reasonable in terms of time. For the first time when I scheduled this last visit I had to wait about three days. That means you must be getting busier!! More

Sean Marick truly delivers exceptional customer service. Initially, I scheduled my appointment for my regular maintenance service, but a much more serious problem was discovered upon inspection. Patrick is always pleasant and helpful. This was routine maintenance so I waited for the service in the lounge.
