My request for an appointment was quickly made for the following day. I was quoted an excellent price for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was completed in less than an hour and the dirty car that I drove in was washed and pulled up into the driveway for an easy exit on my part. More

Fischer said it is part of their normal preventative maintenance at 15,000 miles. Bet you can't guess who did my 15,000 service - Fischer Honda did! Maybe I was charged for something they didn't do or it wasn't done well - would not surprise me. I haven't been happy with their service department for a while but this is the 2nd to last straw. Last straw was the $750 estimate for what was needed to be repaired including about $350 of unnecessary upcharge items. Hold on to your wallet if you go there but I don't recommend it. More

They had a changes in employees and do not seem as focused as before. When we brought our 2011 Honda CRV in for a Honda warranty issue the service write up team could not agree on how to verify if the warranty repairs were needed. We took the CRV to Germain Honda in Ann Arbor. They addressed the issues quickly and without complaint. Have switched taking our Honda to Germain. More
Service dept fraud I have leased and purchased vehicles at Fisher Honda for several years. I will never use this dealership again. Their service dept is terrible! I have taken my vehicle their for all my oil changes as required. They do this multi inspection each time. I was told they rotate my tires at every oil change. My lease is for 36,000 miles, took delivery on 9/22/15. On 4/22/16 mileage was 7,460 and my tire tread was marked as: Front left 8/32nd, Front right 8/32nd Rear left 9/32nd, Rear right 9/32nd. On 7/16/17 mileage was 22,398 Front left 8/32nd, Front right 8/32nd Rear left 8/32nd, Front right 8/32nd On 3/19/18 mileage was 29,090 Front left 9/32nd, Front right 9/32nd Rear left 9/32nd, Rear right 9/32nd. I had a vehicle appraisal done in March 2018 at a different Honda dealership (in Ann Arbor) and had to pay $52.00 for an oil change when they were suppose to be free, they said my front tires were bald and rear were close to being bald! I’d say there seem to be a big problem! I contacted the tire company, Continental, and they told me that tire was NOT rated for any specific miles. I’ve never heard of a tire that didn’t last at least 30,000 miles. Why would Honda put such poor tires on a 36,000 mile lease! After several calls to Continental and Honda I was told “Oh yeah we did have a batch of bad tires put on the CRV’s” My safety was in jeopardy so I was forced to purchase 4 new tires.which cost me $315.85. I no longer have any faith in Honda’s quality so I will NOT lease another Honda. Because of that you are now trying to make me pay for a 30,000 maintanance at nearly $300.00 AND a $350.00 turn in fee! So you lease a sub standard vehicle and you want ME to put on new tires and do an expensive maintance so you have a used car on the lot that you can sell for more money! Doesn’t seem ethical to me. More
Poor service I took my Pilot in for issues with sudden drastic slowing down. I spent nearly two thousand to fix the issue. Five days later as I’m driving 55 on I took my Pilot in for issues with sudden drastic slowing down. I spent nearly two thousand to fix the issue. Five days later as I’m driving 55 on Michigan Ave, it suddenly slows down to 25. I almost got hit. I returned to the dealership and was told they would have someone look at it and would back to me in an hour. Two hours later I asked how it was going. They said they had not taken it in yet. They offered to set up an a appointment later and I could take my car with me. Uhh, no!! I don’t have a death wish! They kept my car two weeks. Then called and asked when I would pick it up. It was done for 2 days. When I got it back my $300 prescription sunglasses were missing. I didn’t even mention this because I know nothing would be done about it. The service department lost my trust for many reasons! I have been a customer for 20 years and have bought all my cars here. Everyone was friendly. More
Brought 2017 Honda CRV. I had my 2017 honda CRV checked for engine issues. The dealer shop mechanics could not find nothing wrong. The reason why I wrote this review is because Lauren the service advisor stated that there could be possible charges some parts are not covered under warranty. I only have 10600 miles on the SUV and it falls under the bumper to bumper warranty. I felt she should've refrained from telling me about charges since the vehicle should be covered under the warranty and that is why the 3 stars had she said from the start it was under warranty don't worry about it, It would've been 5 stars. In addition, I had a recall on the fuel feed pipe and decided to take the Honda to Genthe Honda where I purchased the CRV for the repairs. More
