yearly Inspection and Oil change Due to Covid 19 Pandemic I was very reluctant to go to dealership for service..I called First Texas and got Andre Kamouie on the phone to help. He sen Due to Covid 19 Pandemic I was very reluctant to go to dealership for service..I called First Texas and got Andre Kamouie on the phone to help. He sent a driver to pick up my car at my home and drive it to the dealership for my service.. The service was done in a timely manner and my car was delivered back to my home completely details.. It was pristine.. I cannot thank First Texas and Andre enough for the very very professional and safe way this was all handled..KUDOS to Andre Kamouie and First Texas for caring about me the customer in this pandemic times... Complimentary Battery Check Prompted by COVID stagnation I responded to an email notice to have the battery tested. Two types of tests were used. All Okay!! Walked thru dealersh Prompted by COVID stagnation I responded to an email notice to have the battery tested. Two types of tests were used. All Okay!! Walked thru dealership and was happy to look at the 2020 models. Features, color options, and price were what I looked at. Nice to touch what I would look at on the Internet. Thanks for the freedom to move about the dealership and to look at my leisure. On each of my visits over the past three years, I would ask a question about my CR-V. I gain a deeper understanding of my vehicle and an appreciation that I take home with me. To this day, I turn on/off lights, walk around the SUV and pop the hood once a month. I keep the glass clean and vacuum it once a month. The service managers compliment my efforts and are courteous with criticisms I return for oil changes, inspections and when something unexpected happens like rock chips in the windshield. No problems with what is my responsibility to repair. I plan on returning as needed. More
