I went in for maintenance check and the service was great. Aaron clearly explained the services my car needed and it took ~2 hours, which was within the time estimate I was given. Amazing turnaround time! Called on a Saturday afternoon about 2 recalls and maintenance message. Was able to get an appointment for the next morning and given a loaner car. Was told recall work could take about 2 recalls and maintenance message. Was able to get an appointment for the next morning and given a loaner car. Was told recall work could take 1-2 days. Four hours later I received a text the work was finished and car was being washed and would be ready to pick up in 20 minutes. Wow, that’s what I call service, Great Job First Texas Honda! More

I can't say enough good things about Fred. He communicates well, does what he promised and follows up. He is nice and kind.
