First time Honda owner and third time taking the car to service for routine check-up, oil change. However, this time, my Service Provider was Fred Mathis. What an enlightening change from my first two ex service for routine check-up, oil change. However, this time, my Service Provider was Fred Mathis. What an enlightening change from my first two experiences! I learned so many new things from Fred. He asked me questions that no one had previously and he answered all my questions with enthusiasm. He treated me like I was his only priority and always greeted me with a smile. He kept updating me by sending me texts, but also appeared in person. Nice touch Fred! He is personable, professional, courteous, and definitely an asset to your organization. I'm not saying I had a bad experience on my previous two endeavors, it was pleasant, but I will say compared to my experience with Fred - this service experience was 100 times better!
