Having sat in plenty of dingy rooms waiting for an oil change or whatever, I'm always amazed that I enjoy my experience so much at First Texas Honda. Seriously, the people are friendly & helpful, the lobb change or whatever, I'm always amazed that I enjoy my experience so much at First Texas Honda. Seriously, the people are friendly & helpful, the lobby is a pleasure (spacious, great coffee & snack bar, the live music is pure joy, and the whole place is amazingly clean), and I've never been hassled by upsells when my car is ready. Fred was my guy this trip & he's just awesome. My car only needed simple routine maintenance but I will likely contact Fred directly for the next visit simply because he instilled trust from the start. That's amazing service. More
