That is correct I brought the car in around 1/2017 for factory defect on the paint, which extended the paint warranty until 7/2017. They were supposed to paint the car. I waited until I got a call from the Service Manager who said my car was finished being painted, so I went in & it clearly wasn't painted. The service manager didn't offer me any explanation, so I filed a complaint. But I guess that didn't get done either. So now I'm stuck out of warranty even though I brought it in within warranty time and Honda decided to make me wait for a week or whatever to do absolutely nothing! I have the paperwork here that I was able to get from local Honda Dealership, which unfortunately won't let me attach to this message.
