Getting someone to pick up the phone in the service department was wildly difficult. Called 3-5 times. When someone did answer, they said they’d send an email out to all service techs for someone to fo department was wildly difficult. Called 3-5 times. When someone did answer, they said they’d send an email out to all service techs for someone to follow up. Hours went by with nothing. Please look into staffing your phones. Haven’t had this issue here in the past. More

Originally I was displeased that I waited 25 minutes, after calling and getting an appointment. But the person that was supposed to assist us was not aware of my last minute appointment. Once he came o after calling and getting an appointment. But the person that was supposed to assist us was not aware of my last minute appointment. Once he came out, everything went smoothly and he gave me VIP service to speed things up. So all was well and he was worth the wait. More
