Nathan haas was awesome. I scheduled a drop-off appoint ment for a few days later. When I got there--waiting was an option as well as getting a rental car. Why was this not an option when I called to schedule the service? A bit frustrating to say the least. Why is there a disconnect between options available at call in versus showing up in the drive-up lane to drop off the car? More
