I’ve leased with Honda for the past four years and my experience with the sales and service departments have been nothing but wonderful. During each lease, I have had consistent support from Holden with experience with the sales and service departments have been nothing but wonderful. During each lease, I have had consistent support from Holden with any kind of servicing or advice needed. This past weekend, I took my vehicle in for an oil change and take a look at the idle stop feature. With no issues at all, I was provided a rental that was well kept and acted as a wonderful substitute while my car was being serviced. Upon pick up, I noticed issue with the tire. I called a Honda representative to see if they could get my tire replaced, and Zach quickly got a new one on. The manager, Chris, listened to my frustrations and he found a reasonable solution in helping me with this situation. I cannot thank them enough for hearing me out and I feel well cared for after every interaction with my local Honda. More
