I had my car serviced last week, and the experience at the dealership was incredibly smooth. My service advisor, Steven Deckert, was amazing. He was very calm and listened to all of my concerns. He worked in conjunction with the service technician and relayed information back to me in a much easier way for me to understand. He also followed up daily on the status of my repair. The best part was having access to a free rental car during the time of my service. Additionally, the service waiting area was clean and pleasant to work in for a few hours, and they even offered free barista service. Kudos to my service advisor and the whole dealership for a wonderful experience. More

Bought my lightly used Honda Accord at the end of July. Time for the first oil change and service. Exceptional experience, the best I've ever had honestly (I'm 48 y/o and have had my own vehicle/service since I was 22). Their facility and check-in process was the best. You drive up, get checked in immediately (like most oil change places) with a guy on his iPad. Then you drive up and another guy is checking your appointment, making sure they have everything accurate, checking your mileage, etc. Then, if waiting, you go inside and there's a huge waiting area with their own FREE Starbucks-life coffee bar and snacks - all free!! Wifi is FREE. Literally, best waiting experience I've had. Could continue working without an interruptions. When your vehicle has been inspected, they send you a text with a breakdown of recommendation in addition to why you brought it in. Also they include a video of their visual inspection...as they're inspecting, they literally video it and send you the link to view it with their commentary (so cool!). Then they come in and check to see if you want to add any of the recommended/required services (based on mileage, manufacturer's recommendations, etc). They don't try to sell you anything you DON'T need and will literally show evidence of what they're recommending, and what they're not. I had a question about my tires and brakes, as I have an upcoming road trip. They could've easily tried to sell me new tires and brakes, but they informed me they were in great shape, and showed me to alleviate any concerns. They were polite, respectful, funny, engaging, etc. Seriously, couldn't have asked for better. Yes, it took about 2 hours - but well worth the wait. Barely even noticed as everything I needed was right there, so my attention was focused on my laptop/work and not frustration of waiting. :) Not to mention, they literally go over everything with a fine tooth comb. More
