This dealership has always impressed the heck out of me in every way. I've purchased 2 Hondas from them and had them both serviced there. I used to own a business, and I can tell you they have thought of EVERY little detail when it comes to customer service. I will continue making the drive to First Texas Honda. More
I have always taken my van for service at First Texas Honda - What has happened to customer service? They used to provide photos of found service problems to substantiate large repairs but I guess no mo Honda - What has happened to customer service? Emailed sales rep Trevor Self regarding questions and also emailed Christopher Sutton, the service manager, but received no response. I just can’t drop $5,000 without proof of repair. I’m shocked by this lack of communications. This is not the First Texas Honda I have always dealt with…sad to say. 3/16/22 update…took van to a different reputable shop for review. Indicated that $5,000 work not necessary. I received pictures of items in question. When in doubt , check it out. $5,000 FTH estimate turned out to be $805 at this other reputable shop. When a dealership gets defensive about you asking questions about their findings or does not answer your communications, worry. It’s your hard earned money…you have right to make sure it is being used properly. More
