John, Thank you for taking time to share your experience. We take all customer feedback very seriously, especially reviews that involve claims of deceptive trade practices. We have official signed documentation that shows that the used SUV that you were driving in to see, was indeed sold, at the price listed, while you were in route. There was no bait and switch that occurred. This was a used car that you first inquired two weeks ago, but did not put a deposit down on. Someone else decided to buy it before you did, that's all that happened here. As soon as we knew it was sold, we called you. I would be more than happy to show you the documentation (hiding our customer's name of course). Please consider removing the slanderous review that you have left about our business.
