Thomas Thanks for taking the time to give us your honest feedback. I could give you a number of reasons as to why certain things were handled the way they were, but there is no excuse for poor customer service. I would like to apologize for not giving you a proper delivery of your vehicle, and would like the opportunity to make it up to you. If we could schedule a time, I would like to have your car detailed and give you a full tank of gas.
