Wayne provided excellent service in getting my information, explaining the code on my dash two times (B 1 2) , and explaining what service would be done on my car. He was engaged the entire time. From beginning to end, I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, which had been my experience in the past when buying a used car. I got exactly what I wanted at a great price, and it was nice to know up front that the dealership has an upfront pricing policy and that employees do not get paid more for selling more expensive cars. Hopefully I won't need another car for a long time, but if I do, I will absolutely go back to First Texas Honda and Gregory Ryan. More
