Emil, as I mentioned in person and on the phone, I apologize for the misunderstanding here. We do our very best to take care of our customers in every way and I'm sorry that you did not feel this way. During the sales process, we could have more clearly communicated the timeline to facilitate ordering, shipping, and installing the tint and wheels. However, the wheels of your choosing were not decided upon until 3 days after you dropped off your vehicle. Because of that delay, we even upgraded the order to rush shipping for you. Additionally, we asked that you drop your vehicle off to our team in sales for the upgrade work. Because of that, we're not surprised that service was confused when you dropped it off there instead, but regardless, I apologize for the inconvenience. I believe that we did everything we could to accommodate you in your visit and we're sorry that we could not better meet your expectations.
