Shipra, we're sorry to read about your experience because we would never want a customer to feel less than welcomed. The Honda CR-V EX is in high demand and because of this, they move very quickly but we are constantly bringing more to our lot. I apologize if you got the impressions that Roderick was being dishonest; I suspect that he recommended the Touring trim level because it drives the same as the EX trim level and it's not uncommon for our customers to drive the Touring and have us find the perfect EX for them via a dealer trade. I can promise you that we don't allow our team to prioritize customer's based on circumstances like a trade-in and I'm very sorry if it came off that way. We hope that you can forgive us and give us a chance to show you what first class service looks like.
