I had a standard oil change and a tire rotation on my 2016 HRV. Everyone was very pleasant and thoughtful. And even though we were on site for over two hours (apparently Saturday morning is not an optimal time for an "express" service) I really didn't mind. The young man who took care of us was very helpful, and he made all the difference. I would definitely recommend First Honda to my friends, and when the time comes for a new car, I know where I will be going to make that purchase. More
