Odyssey maintenance I came in for an oil change and left with an oil change, new spark plugs, and timing belt/tensioner replacement. A little over 24 hours later, my van was ready. No complaints here. More

After the test drives, we discussed pros/cons, and at no moment did I feel pressured to make a decision. Jonathon did not do this and gave me the impression that he was being honest and transparent. That is all I ask for when I take my car in to be serviced. Please don't tell me I should replace something that is fine and doesn't need to be replaced for another year or more. Jonathon was straight with me and told me what I will probably need to have done in about six months. This helps me to plan ahead! More
