Nathan was very responsive and took the time to connect us with the tire specialist as well as help us out with the Veterans discount. The only part that was a little confusing was the way the original est us with the tire specialist as well as help us out with the Veterans discount. My car was left with their service department for four days. They messaged me on the third day to tell me of a possible leak and they would test for leaks for $200 I declined since I have not had water da days. They messaged me on the third day to tell me of a possible leak and they would test for leaks for $200 I declined since I have not had water damage issues before. when I arrived my car has severe water mold damage since the floors board was soaked and left in the Texas sun for several days window sealed. THE TECHNICIAN SAW THIS WATER DAMAGE and reported it as only a possible small leak. The manager and service rep both said they had no idea it was this bad. They told me to drive back into town (o live an hour away and they would give me a rental and fix what happened . When I arrived the General Manager said there was nothing they could do because I opted out of the 200 dollar water leak test. I asked them how that has anything to do with the fact that my car was given to them water damaged free and was given back to me with slime and mold growing on a soaked carpet. he told me it was not the mechanics or their responsibility to take care of my vehicle under their watch since they did the repairs and parked the car on their lot. He told me they would service my vehicle and charge me 250 dollars to detail the inside. I have since spent hundreds of dollars and several days off work to clean the car myself. I’m disgusted they could return a car to me with such foul odors. Or the fact they had me drive it back to their dealership on a workday just to tell me they would charge me for fixing their mistakes. I have never had water damage inside my car and have not seen a water leak during the rain since the incident. more likely a service worker accidentally left a window open during the day it rained. specially since the water damage was only on the right side passenger and rear of the passenger seat. Do not leave your car with their service department they will ruin your car and have you pay them for the experience. I have pictures of mold inside the plastic sidings of my vehicle. More
Ivan Heredia is my service advisor. I took my car in for a normal service and once my car was diagnosed I was placed immediately in a rental vehicle. My car was in the shop for a month I took my car in for a normal service and once my car was diagnosed I was placed immediately in a rental vehicle. My car was in the shop for a month and he worked so hard to get Honda to assist with my repairs. Through no fault of his own (finance dept-paperwork fail). He secured the repairs at no cost to me. Ivan will work for his customer and got to bat for you-even against the finance dept. In my case, it was an entire transmission repair. He did his job as my service advisor. I highly recommend him to anyone who takes their cars for service. He will work tirelessly for the customer to end up HAPPY and will go above and beyond any measure to ensure you are satisficed. He saw me, he heard me and he got the desired result I wanted. 10/10 Highly Recommend Ivan H. More
