No heat The drivers side of my crv did not have heat. Jack did a great job of taking care of that problem and also noticed and fixed a seal that was leaking. I also was given the use of a brand new crv while mine was being repaired. jack constantly kept me up to date with calls, texts and emails. There was also a very nice service technician (unfortunately I did not get his name) who gave my son a Honda hot wheels car and wished him a merry Christmas. More
