As mentioned in our voicemail from Chris, the starter could still be under warranty depending on the mileage of the vehicle! Please know that we simply cannot move forward with work once a warranty is out-of-date, even by just 1 day. The manufacturer will only approve us to complete warranty work that is on an active warranty agreement.
