My service adviser Fred Mathis is always very attentive and answers all my questions, I will always ask for him and know that I can depend on him for great service work. First Texas is lucky to have him t and answers all my questions, I will always ask for him and know that I can depend on him for great service work. First Texas is lucky to have him to represent the company, I feel like I have stepped back in time to times where people were respected, my vehicle is cared for and my time is important, I see him taking care of each customer as if they are the only customer he has all day. It's my 3rd visit to First Texas Honda, after getting a 2019 Pilot 1.5 years ago. You've made an appointment, and they pull up all your service records on the tablet, and go over what they will be checking and doing maintenance on. They listen to my concerns, we make a plan, and they give me the price estimate right then. (And it was "spot on" -- nothing unexpected.) They let me know what is coming up to consider for maintenance, and since I want to drive my vehicle 200,000 miles -- I listen. (Service Manager was Chad). More

He assured me of the possible solution, was capable, on point, supportive, kind, and very responsive, with excellent communication all along the way. It all started at the check-in that I was in for something exceptional. The curious lady took time to find my appointment and redirected me to the Mr. Bobby Mills, Service Advisor. Then the ball kep something exceptional. The curious lady took time to find my appointment and redirected me to the Mr. Bobby Mills, Service Advisor. Then the ball kept rolling into greater and greater moments. Even the Loaner Department took time to ensure I was taken care of. The car porter was the nailer of it all to top it off. He gave me a clean car, a genuine, caring and friendly engagement before sending me off. The return was not that different, though, they can be busy attending to other customers and you just have to be patient. I got my business taken care of and I was out of there. More
