1/23/2026 - The outstanding excellence of the service (advisors, technicians, call center, complimentary services) is getting very impressive each time I visit (since 2023 when I became a customer here). Overall, great professionalism, transparency in keeping me informed, high knowledge, perfect quality service each time, friendliness, extra care, promptitude. A bit long review, but it shows consistency of great service over time - a headline conclusion is also at the end of my review (with recent names). Example is the excellent service of advisor Eduardo M, listening patiently & friendly my requests, then throughly, promptly, positively following-up, explaining very knowledgeably, caring & patiently each detail I required, even staying considerable after hours, therefore going the extra mile to provide me the understanding & peace of mind. The techician, Roman, did a very prompt, fast & thorough job while very well documenting the checks efficiently on the video. I had also past amazing response beyond words from an older service team (Fred, Chad and Luis) on a very difficult to find, unusual issue that happened on my 2018 CRV - new battery drain overnight. First, the advisor Fred brought to my place right away (at a late hour Good Friday) a brand new Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport loaner (leather seats, 400 mi). The mentioned team carefully checked separately each circuit, updated the software and kept the car several days under observation. The breakthru finding is very important, it was not the battery but a CHIP defect in the keyless entry control unit (all repairs were at low cost). I wish the repair took longer :), that Hybrid loaner was amazing. I was being kept informed all this time, then I was shown on site how they worked. ... On another past problem requiring engine cleaning, Chad and Fred took from their personal time to help (they just had signed out when I arrived) and Chad had spent the next 3 hours of his own time to thoroughly supervised and informed me, knowing of my urgency to get it fixed right away...and well done!!! The Customer Service call center, always promptly and friendly answering the calls - Ms Randi going the "extra mile" to follow up after working hours on my service booking request, very positively, friendly and patiently listening to my complex description and promply provided the solution; also to mention Ms Kenya that showed extra care, understanding and immediate follow up, or Zoe who also is very positive, friendly and caring each time. The car loaner dept is showing similar great positive and friendly service. Great fast, prompt, caring, thorough check out service by service advisor Antonio U. Never to ignore the warm & welcoming "Starbucks-style" complimentary beverages & snacks service while waiting for the car to be ready, with the very friendly, positive, caring baristas Kara and Tiffany helping & brightening the atmosphere. The first tires inspection at check-in where tire inspector Tricia B goes professionally & thoroughly to check and friendly to explain the findings, together with the inspection video by the technician (Roman) and specially with the exceptional service by the advisor (Eduardo M), all ensure the extra peace of mind, knowing that all was being very transparently communicated and well taken care of. I strongly RECOMMEND this place!" More

I recently purchased 4 new tires even though I still had a warranty someplace else. This is how much I entrust this dealership. They also provide you with quotes upfront/no surprise hidden charges, always super transparent. The complimentary coffee bar is always a nice perk too [pun intended] Recently, someone did a hit & run & damaged my front bumper. The technicians did an incredible job in repairing everything. I just purchased a used car from this dealership on 10 September 2025, and the service was impeccable from the first moment I walked in for a test drive until I walked out with the keys and plates. For me, one indicator of the quality of a business is the apparent happiness of its employees, and everyone appeared to truly enjoy their work. Our salesman, Dovlet Babayev, was a consummate professional as he guided me through the entire process, including timely responses to my after-hours requests for detailed information before I committed to a purchase. Amber, the financial person, was equally professional in her job. We were there for 3.5 hours today, and the free coffee/drinks bar came in very handy to keep us awake! The baristas were also very professional, and kept bringing out top-quality espresso drinks on request. Banging the gong as a new purchaser was a nice final touch, greeted by cheers from all the employees. I have no hesitation in recommending First Texas Honda for its comfort, professionalism and overall quality experience. More
