I bought a 2012 Honda Crosstour it was in for service 3 times in 9 days.while they were test driving my vehicle they were in an accident and they did not call me for two and a half hours. The sales staff h times in 9 days.while they were test driving my vehicle they were in an accident and they did not call me for two and a half hours. The sales staff has absolutely no respect for their customers.Three days later I'm stillwaiting to find out what they're going to do to replace my new car that they had an accident with during a test driveI do not recommend this dealership to anybody that wants an honest car dealer More
I have been trying to get my car serviced correctlyfor 1 month, first time part was not ordered, second time wrong part was ordered, third time part was ordered wrong again and my car is still not fixed. month, first time part was not ordered, second time wrong part was ordered, third time part was ordered wrong again and my car is still not fixed. I have been inconvenience so badly and it's like that's ok. I am driving my car that might fail me and all I get is the "the third party company is sending the wrong part. Oh the part that you ordered/asked them to send, what happened to the check system to avoid last minute issues. I have called several times before I bring my car in to avoid any mishaps only to be told everything is on schedule/ready to go. So I have been driving on a failed inspection sticker for one month because I keep getting excuses. I am told on one hand that the other company is to blame and then told we messed up in the same sentence. I just want my car fixed and get a inspection sticker saying my car is fixed and meets Virginia State inspections. First Team started this project and they will fix/finish this project. Lets see what will transpire with this issue or what/who First Team would like me to do to get my car fixed correctly by them or get someone/other people involved to resolve this issue. I am eager to see just how this note will prompt attention to solve my issue finally. I am so frustrated, I can even say the words I want to say and still be considered a lady! More

Mr Daryl Young sold me my CRV 5 yrs ago and everytime I return to the dealership he walks through and makes it a point to come speak with us and to make sure we are being taken care of. Craig in service al return to the dealership he walks through and makes it a point to come speak with us and to make sure we are being taken care of. Craig in service always takes good care of us when bringing in for maintenance or a problem. There has never been a time i didn't know we made the right decision dealing there and will by my next vehicle from Mr. Young and hopefully this dealer. More

I was contacted by Mark Carey regarding his interest in my vehicle just posted on craigslist. Mr Carey made an immediate offer that I declined [too low]. I stated that I had numerous other inquires and i my vehicle just posted on craigslist. Mr Carey made an immediate offer that I declined [too low]. I stated that I had numerous other inquires and intended to work with those interested parties. Mr Carey later got back to me stating the he believed that he could meet my asking price if the vehicle matched my description. As I was confident that it would, I informed Mr Carey that I would discontinue my efforts to meet with other buyers. I stated that I believed that working directly with his dealership would be more convenient, and I would be freed from concerns regarding bad checks and/or other attempts at internet fraud. I then sat out to make an appointment with Mr Carey. This was very challenging due to Mr Cary's schedule, and the fact that both my wife and I are employed full time. Upon determining an agreed upon a time to meet, Mr Carey then stated that if problems were found upon his inspection, said problems would lead to a adjustment in the final price. I found this to be reasonable as he had not seen the vehicle, and I was confident in its condition/care, etc. I understood that further negotiations would most likely take place upon my visiting the dealership. Due to an unforeseen family matter, I was called out of town. I immediately informed Mr Carey of same. I also stated that I wished to reschedule our appointment as soon as I returned. I later contacted Mr Carey as planned. It was at this point that Mr Carey informed me that he did not intend to keep our standing agreement regarding the pricing of my vehicle. He provided no explanation other than to state that he had taken another look at his numbers. He went on to insult me with a proposed price that was $200 below his original offer, and $1,100 below my published asking price. His lack of personal and/or professional integrity was somewhat shocking. The First Team Organizational literature states, "At First Team" we pride ourselves on our trustworthiness". Mr Carey's behavior has obviously done a great disservice with regard to the reputation of the dealership he represents. Be assured that I have copies of all email correspondence with Mr Carey, and I will be happy to forward same if requested. More
I was actually referred to dealerrater.com by a sales person to read reviews on another dealership. After having such a pleasant experience with First Team, I wanted to give them the review they deserv person to read reviews on another dealership. After having such a pleasant experience with First Team, I wanted to give them the review they deserve. This was an Internet purchase. After researching for about a month, I had decided on a CR-V ExL, and contacted Justin at First Team. He quoted me a price, I made an appointment to see him and the car (which was exactly what I wanted), and walked out a very satisfied customer. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. This was the most painless car purchase I've ever made. There were no surprises, and I was given all the information I needed to make my decision prior to visiting the dealership. I am happy to recommend Justin and team without reservation. More
I own a 2009 Honda Accord EX. I had a break squeeling problem at just 1000 miles. I visited the selling dealer and they claimed Honda was aware of a problem and would soon have a fix. At a later servic problem at just 1000 miles. I visited the selling dealer and they claimed Honda was aware of a problem and would soon have a fix. At a later service point around 7000 miles they resurfaced the front brake rotors. Problem was not corrected. I did some research and learned that First Team Honda employed an expert tech that was always on top of memos from Honda for correction of product problems. Honda calls it the ServiceNews Article. Kent Mathews is that expert TECH. Kent met with me at the Dealership and shared a copy of the article he had on the break problem. He checked for having the required parts in stock and then confirmed that he could make the repairs and up-grades in just a short period while I waited. What a surprise. All this got done without an appointment, quickly, and car returned with a complete explanation as to what was corrected. Now at near 9000 miles there is no more break squeeling. Many thanks to First Team Honda and to Kent for his diligence and expertise. More
