I told them I needed a reliable vehicle to get to and from a ne !!!!!! I feel played !!!!!! I purchased a 2007 Hummer H3 from them on December 6th. I told them I needed a reliable vehicle to get to and from a new job I just aquired. I was very interested in the Hummer knowing I could get to work in pretty much any weather. Not even 2 weeks later I bring it back because it would cut off going down the road. Also they never changed the oil even though they said they did before I purchased the vehicle. Finally got them to do that. They would only look for the issue I expressed if I paid for it. 2 days after that I take it to a technician to find out why the oil light keeps coming on. He States that the rear main seal, drive shaft seal and the oil sending unit are all leaking bad for just over 2000 dollars I can fix all the issues. He also stated Wellthat there is so much oil under there that there is no way they did know about these leaks. Needless to say the Hummer is now a yard ornament . I can't afford to pay for the service so for over 2 weeks now I have had to drive my mom's car to work and back as the Hummer leaves it's Mark on the driveway. Am I pissed? You bet I am. I'm not saying don't purchase cars from them, all I'm saying is don't purchase a NO WORRANTY car without checking it over completely before you purchase one. There is even an idiot light that is undone somewhere. I hear the dinging, but no light comes on for it. Very shady on this experience. More
Update on Experience with First Team Honda engine light came on 21 days after I purchased it, dealership has limited warranty but when I called was given the run around on it, thank goodness I engine light came on 21 days after I purchased it, dealership has limited warranty but when I called was given the run around on it, thank goodness I bought an extended warranty and it should cover it, really didn't like the feeling I got when there was a problem, codes on the vehicle, same code as I got, prior to me buying it so I feel like they knew, very disappointed, I guess I need to carry a code tool with me to check the codes myself, lesson learned but I cannot in good faith recommend this dealership since it was , call your warranty, not let us fix it, I mean really, in the first 30 days, no sense of responsibility, what would of happened if I hadn't bought the warranty???????? UPDATE TO REVIEW: Service manager called me today to check on vehicle, had a great conversation about what was going on, what to expect and felt very good about the situation... I believe lack of communication was the problem, I really should of been referred to someone when I complained instead of speaking with my salesman, not his fault, he was just out of his wheel house. I love this vehicle and although this dealership is out of my way for service I would definitely consider going there due to the follow thru from Keith the Service Manager, thank you Keith!!! I appreciate you taking the time to call me and talk to me about what was going on and listening and not being on the defense to my concerns, it really went a long way in changing my mind and this review More

The dealership refuse to fix the problem because it works when it's in the shop. The service manager and Honda told me in order for them to fix it, it must happen all the time. I will never purchase another Honda and I will never purchase a vehicle from First Team. More
Fantastic deals and customer service I had such a pleasant experience with this dealership (specifically the manager Mark and sales consultant Andrew). This was my first time buying a new I had such a pleasant experience with this dealership (specifically the manager Mark and sales consultant Andrew). This was my first time buying a new car and they made the experience so easy for me and were extremely patient with me (I'm talking weeks of me going back and forth). I originally wanted to buy a used vehicle but the offers they made quickly changed my mind to leasing a brand new one (seriously, you could not turn down these deals). They also had a recent college grad program that I was applicable for and offer a lifetime warranty once the manufacturers warranty runs out so I know I'll always be covered. They even drove a car down from Richmond for me so I could get exactly what I wanted. I'd highly recommend this dealership for your car buying needs! More

First, while speaking to the Sales Manager on the phone, yes the Sales Manger, I could overhear multiple people in his office laughing and talking amongst themselves. After visiting the dealership and test driving a vehicle I was somewhat interesting in purchasing I was made to feel like an idiot by the same Sales Manager. The heater was broke and was throwing out cold air. I was questioned by the sales manager if the heater was really broke and if I was confusing the heat outside with the heater being broke. I have no interest in revisiting this business again. More
