Took my 2023 CRV in for service and was greeted promptly. Met Emely and went over what I needed done and info was taken and told it would take about an hour and asked if I needed a ride home or would wait. In about an hour Emely had to search for me since I went to speak to DA Young and the rest of the sales management team(in case you wonder this is our 7th Honda). Emely went over the work sheet and explained each item. As I was leaving(I have to use a cane) the greeter in the pull in space, backed my car out and met me in the parking lot . Now that is premier service! More
