Isaak, providing a positive experience is our top priority, so we're disappointed to hear that your visit didn't measure up. Per our discussion, our pricing is very transparent and all the numbers were presented and discussed up front prior to you signing. You made an offer below our asking price that we were unable to accept, after which you agreed to purchase the vehicle at our asking price, so I am surprised to see that you believe you were lied to or cheated.
