Went to negotiate a used car and they added $2200+ to the KBB value bc it had low mileage. Seriously?! Typical used car sleazy tactics. Tried calling a Mgr John Yang. No response. The only good thing about this place is they let you test drive alone...so far that reason they get 2 stars instead of 1. But don’t expect fair deals here. They’re gonna gouge you. 11/12 Update: The Sales Mgr Ahmed contacted me. At first I was impressed by this. I was open to discuss the issue with him and I was also sincerely open to the possibility there may have been some misunderstanding. So I reached back out to him via text. However, I said a conversation would be pointless if he can't reproduce the piece of paper Paul showed me. That piece of paper showed 2 things: 1) their KBB value (which didn't even align with the KBB value I got from my official KBB app, but whatever that's not the main point)...and 2) a line item that added $2200 IN ADDITION TO the KBB value they provided. The line item was for low mileage. So to be clear....Paul was telling me that IN ADDITION TO the KBB value, they were adding an EXTRA $2200 because they car had low mileage. Ahmed was unable to reproduce this report for me. Personally this seems highly suspicious. Surely all the sales reps use the same documents for every sale. And also, why didn't Paul simply confirm what I saw? It seems obvious he lied about it to Ahmed....so whereas I wasn't calling anyone a liar in my original review, now I am! It seems clear Paul wouldn't corroborate the quote sheet as I described it. So then Ahmed goes back and forth with me trying to ascertain what "low mileage" line item I was referring to and in the end, he refused to acknowledge my claim that they added $2000+ to the KBB value of the car because of a markup for low mileage. Then at that point, he had the AUDACITY to accuse me of making it up. This is extremely offensive to me. I know what I saw. There was a clear line item adding $2200 to the price of the car (on top of KBB value) for low mileage. I saw with my own tow eyes. I discussed it with Paul at length. It was the core of our negotiating problem. I'm 100% positive what I saw. Then this guy has the nerve to call me a liar? I took precious time out of my day to give this guy an honest chance to explain himself. I listened to him openly and with a clean slate...and in the end he called me a liar. What an enormous waste of my time. Clearly the sales rep covered up the low mileage markup when his boss asked about it...and then clearly Ahmed refused to be accountable for it. Instead he decided to claim I was a liar who randomly decided to attack some small town used car dealership for no apparent reason. What a joke. So after he refused to reproduce the document with the line item I was referring to, and then proceeded to call me a liar...I then told him to eff off, and I blocked his number. Clearly this guy was wasting my time with insults and no accountability...so I ended the conversation. So now my original 2 star review has been downgraded to 1 stars. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Bottom line, my experience with this dealer tells me they use shady tactics to gouge customers. If they simply told me they were marking up the price (above KBB) based on market demand, or bc WRX's are more expensive in the PNW, or because they have other offers already, or anything else along those lines...then I simply would've accepted a legitimate reason like that. But instead, they claimed the car is worth more than KBB value because it has low mileage. That makes no sense! It's a bogus excuse to markup the price. Then my 2nd problem was getting harassed and called a liar by the sales manager because I wrote an honest review. Ridiculous. P.S. I got a PPI on the WRX and it had major frame damage, major cosmetic issues, and a $1500 timing belt due...and they still asked $2000 above KBB! Enough said. More

I drove almost 2 hours to see a car listed on their website with no pictures. Another salesman I had worked with last week met me at the dealership on his day off to view the car. Upon arrival we were website with no pictures. Another salesman I had worked with last week met me at the dealership on his day off to view the car. Upon arrival we were told we couldn’t see the car because they had other people coming to see the car in the afternoon. Meanwhile I was already there in person as a prequalified buyer. My salesman had to jump through so many hoops to even get the keys from them so I could even look inside the car despite the fact that when we arrived the car was unlocked and being detailed. They even went as far as having an employee come get the car right in front of us while we stood there waiting and drive it away. When questioned the manager claimed he was putting gas in the car. When the employee came back he said he was instructed to not give us the keys and walked off. It was so incredibly unprofessional and the customer service was terrible. We were treated so terribly. And when we finally got the keys to test drive it guess what? Empty gas tank. We will NEVER do business here ever again. If zero stars was an option that’s what I’d choose. More
