Overall the experience was a positive one. The salesman was very nice. We waited well over 2 hours to sign papers though which was not ideal with three children. I wish our salesman was a bit more thorough was very nice. We waited well over 2 hours to sign papers though which was not ideal with three children. Avoid this dealership. Katim quoted us a false price for the car and by the end of transaction we were charged $4000 more than their listed price.
