Ahmed, I am also disheartened, though not surprised, with your response. Perhaps have Katim check his October commission statement? Or ask the receptionist, who after looking up my name when I called, responded, "oh, you're the doctor." If you are really interested in trying to remedy the situation, please call me. As in my previous comment, Katim clearly has no issue with overt lying, sounds like to you or to me? I think I offered a fair measurement of the quality of the service I received from your establishment. I think the car is of high quality, but I grossly overpaid after being told that I would be refunded the difference for the trade-in value that was "rolled in." I take responsibility for being too worn down by the end of the negotiation to notice the numbers didn't line up with what had been said. And for not being aware of the problem until logging in to start payment on my new loan. I did not comment on the fact that my trade-in loan interest was underpaid and was told I would have to take it up with new loan company. Or that the plates were also underpaid and had to come up with the difference on that as well. After having such a bad experience, I dug more deeply into the ratings for your dealership (many poor ratings were on yelp as well as a rating of F on the Better Business Bureau) which is why I chose this forum for feedback. I hope others are more able to see the quality of interaction to expect from your organization or that this might motivate you to make a change in how you are dealing with people. I have contacted cargurus.com to find out how to review you on their system as well since it was their marketing that brought me to your location.

Ryan, as was illustrated to you in our in depth text messages, KBB adjusts the value of a vehicle based on its options and miles. This was shown to you with several examples, but at that point, you claimed that there was a "sales quote sheet" that was presented to you instead of a KBB value as you originally stated. That's when I told you I was confused, as your claim is that Paul attempted to "scam" you with a manipulated KBB sheet. You asked us to present the original documents that were used in the negotiation, which I told you that we don't have anymore as we don't save papers from a negotiation that didn't result in a sale from nearly two months ago. At that point, I asked if it's possible that you are mistaken or misremembered the event that happened nearly two months ago, to which your response was to become disrespectful and hurl insults at me and telling me to "f*** off used car sleezebag". Ryan, if you recall, after an extensive test drive and pre-buyers inspection where Paul was nothing but forthcoming, honest and patient with you (you originally said you were very happy with your experience with him), you made us an unreasonably low offer (nearly $5000 below our asking price) and we respectfully declined your offer and showed you industry standard KBB market value for the vehicle. I understand it is frustrating not to get what you want. However. that does not entitle you to attack our integrity and spread false and misleading claims of fraud, and make unsubstantiated claims that Paul tried to "scam" and "rip you off" just because you weren't able to get the unreasonably low price that you felt you deserved. We as a business have a right to respond to that type of claim, we work extremely hard to provide excellent service and transparency to all our customers. Originally I tried to reason with you, but it is apparent to me that no matter what evidence is presented to you, you would prefer to maintain a false narrative and resort to foul and disrespectful language. This is clearly a huge misunderstanding. KBB value fluctuates up or down based on the mileage of a vehicle. If the vehicle is above the average miles for its' year model, there is a deduction in the value. However, if the vehicle is below the average, there is an addition in the value as the vehicle is deemed to be worth more due to its low miles. I assure you, we are not capable of manipulating KBB values as they are determined by KBB themselves, and we do not have access to change values that KBB has assigned. I called back Paul and told him I came up with extra money and he didn't call me back. I have screen shots of all of this. Wish I could attach them here. And yeah you originally tried to reason with me as I did with you...but then you called me a liar. You want to keep going back and forth on this? I will gladly do this. Can't stand sleazy sales reps like you that give a bad reputation to sales. Your car had major frame damage, major cosmetic issues, and was not worthy of KBB fair value. Then your rep added $2200 low mileage fee" that I saw with my own eyes and you failed to reproduce. Then you called me liar so I stopped reasoning with you. These are the facts. Let's hear some more of your sales backpedaling. I can do this all day.
