False advertisement on vehicles, price went up 4K from advertised to in person, payment stated went up 150. Classic bate & switch, good cop/bad cop situation. I continue to be asked to take this survey yet cannot get people to respond to my emails unless I keep emailing to ask for a response and even then the email is either nkt being fully read or understood. I still have not received the items on we-owe nor follow up via email regarding damaged trim while vehicle was there being repaired after purchase. Have not heard from Finance regarding correcting name for extended warranty on contract as requested both by bank and me. Found an active GPS tracker installed behind instrument cluster they’re claiming no responsibility for yet the prior and only other owner owned vehicle 8 years. The salesman tried to play me for a fool by promising a second key due to no wiggle room in price of car, only when I asked at pickup two days later did he take key and go inside like he was getting second key and came back out with same key that had valet key attached the whole time and said that it was the second key. A valet key is worthless and does not count, especially as it was attached to the first key the whole time. This has been a total nightmare. At least vehicle is awesome. Word to the wise- get everything in writing (not that that really matters it appears) and make sure contract names are correct and if they’re not, make them fix right then. I was told it was “no big deal” name wasn’t the same on contract when I asked at signing but indeed it is! More

I found the vehicle on line ! Took the phone # on the picture of the Dealership window ! Called and Talked with T Hall .. he was very helpful and courteous ! I had Totaled my Cadillac CT s coupe !
