I want to thank Hana first off for being so welcoming and understanding before we even came into the dealership. She was very welcoming. Second I want to Thank David. This guy was absolutely amazing! From the first handshake down to putting the sold sticker on our new car at the end, he was absolutely amazing. He welcomed us with open arms and he was totally honest with us and didn't sugar coat anything through the whole process. He made us feel not only welcomed, but he made us feel like Family! Third I want to thank Rob in Financing, he was amazing as well. He worked hard to make sure that we got approved and even at a lower rate than what we expected. He talked us through all of the paperwork explaining everything before signing it. This overall experience was mind blowing. The people at first Hyundai really went above and beyond to meet our needs and to not only sell us a car, but to a get us a car that we wanted. There was no negotiating; I felt the price of the car was set and I was never told the price until I noticed it on the paperwork right before signing the contract.
